unbelievable wild thing!

post-farewell... i went to sleep in the wee hours of the morning after watching saturday morning cartoons in the lounge while chomping down chocopuffs, and i've only just woken up properly.

last nite was quite a blast... our juniors put on a really great show with a sexy moulin rouge theme, and nudy and prudy walked away with the BEST COUPLE OF 2005 award! woohoo! twas a shocker... kinda knew we'd get nominated, but didn't expect to walk away with a red, heart-shaped cushion. i think my face pretty much outdid the cushion in the RED dept when our names were called.

other than that, i really loved our titles... we'd nominated them for each other in any case, so quite sweet. prudy was "Unbelievable" (by emf), while i was "Wild Thing" (by the troggs). very appropriate, very cool, and nudy and prudy are very pleased ;-)

after the farewell, and the photo sessions, and the hugs, and goodbyes, and making small talk with people you don't particularly like but can be nice to for 5 minutes because after a month you're rid of them forever!!!
erm... sorry... sorta went off on a tangent there... anyway, so after the bash, we all (and i mean ALL!) went over to pc's marco polo lounge where we dominated every table in every corner, and completely frazzled the management (who took out their frustrated, impotent revenge on axa's buns). lots more pictures, lots more small talk and mingling, and lots of bitchin' on the drive home (crucial after any successful event!).

all in all... very nice. if anyone from 2006 happens to read this... SO LONG, AND THANKS FOR ALL THE FISH!
and for my very own 2005... NICE TO KNOW YOU, IT'S BEEN EMOTIONAL, NOW P!$$ OFF!
